Black Sheep Project is a nonprofit organization offering information and support for three specific groups of audiences:
a) individuals affected by borderline disorder (bd), b) their friends and families, and c) clinical professionals working with bd sufferers.
BSP was looking to rejuvenate their brand with a youthful and fresh identity that would appeal to both millennials and non-millennials.

Achievements
The all-encompassing project included designing and building a user-friendly and easy to navigate the website, developing a brand strategy and style guide, collateral design materials, social media kit, and producing a series of brand videos, amongst others.

Challenges
Our main challenge was to apply a consistent approach throughout the entire process, our team worked closely with the client to produce a complete range of marketing and design collaterals, brand style guide, social media kit, and a visual language and photography style guide, all based on the overriding brand strategy we’d created especially for BSP’s needs.

Process
We started developing a new brand strategy, creating the brand guide, we set up the plan and created the small creative team included, web designers, graphic designers, copywriters, web developers and actors. All the tasks were meeting the deadline and the client needs.

My role
I was responsible for the project management, visual concepts, illustrations, graphics, style guide, collaterals, social media kits, editing brand videos, curating images and updating the website with the final content.
